Inclusion Criteria
- •Physical status classification ASA PS1 according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists; BMI 18-30 kg/m2.
Exclusion Criteria
- •MRI-relevant factors (e.g. claustrophobia, metallic implants, etc.); any physical or mental illness; regular use of medication; indications of substance abuse including nicotine and alcohol; indications of a difficult airway (according to the airway checklist), allergies to propofol and remifentanil as well as to soy, peanuts and egg; suspected anesthesia-associated diseases (e.g. malignant hyperthermia) or assessment by the anesthesiologist for increased anesthesiological risk; changes in the anorectal area; pregnancy or breastfeeding; oral contraception.
