Inclusion Criteria

Inclusioncriteria: more than 25 years old? be Muslium? using Saphen vein for tranplantation? be able to understand study details? eager to participate in the study? underwent to CABG operation for the first time? lack of pacemaker? having elective CABG operation? be connected to the crdiopulmunary bypass pump less than 4 hours.
exclusion criteria : lack of alertness? needs to intraaurta pump? be intubated more than 24 hours? bleeding more than 200 cc per hour from chest tube? doing valve repairment or replacment operations with CABG? having sever articulation disorder? having sever visual disorders? sufferring from chronic pain? being addicted to analgesic or alchohol .
