排除标准
- •1. Fissure in ano associated with 3rd, 4th degree or thrombosed pile mass.
- •2. Multiple Fissure in ano
- •3. Severe systemic illness like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, etc.
- •4. Previous history of anal surgery.
- •5. Pregnant women
- •6. Malignancy
