Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a psychiatric diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria
• Lack of compliance regarding study participation (e.g., indicating not wanting to answer further questions)
• Insufficient cognitive abilities to answer the questions
• Inadequate knowledge of the German language
• Currently undergoing full inpatient psychiatric/psychotherapeutic or psychosomatic treatment

Name Time Method -Socio-demographic data (including age, gender, occupation)<br>-Psychiatric diagnoses<br>-psychiatric symptoms: acute, chronic, recurrent, in remission<br>-Types of complementary medical treatments currently being used for psychiatric symptoms, within the last 12 months, and ever used<br> -Self-medication or prescribed medications (by doctors or alternative medicine practitioners)<br>-Information provided to treating physicians about the use of complementary medical therapies<br> -Estimated financial expenditure on complementary medical therapies in the last month<br> -Health-related quality of life assessed using EQ-5D<br> -Monthly disposable income available
