- •Chronic neck pain atleast greater than or equal to 3 months
- •Positive in atleast 2 relevant special test

- •Participants above 50yrs
- •Acute and subacute pain
- •Previous neck surgeries
- •Osteoporosis
- •Cervical radiculopathy
- •Cervical fractures
