Inclusion Criteria
Subjects with spinal cord injury between C5 and L2 segments according to the classification of American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA).
Exclusion Criteria
individual practitioner of regular physical activity, community ambulators, unable to ride the cycle ergometer with the arms and those who refuse signing the consent form.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Positive outcomes will be considered a negative culture or non-occurrence of infection after the intervention and the negative outcomes presence of bacteriuria or prescription of antibiotics after the intervention. There will be a urine culture before and after the intervention period to assess the results.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Significant improvement in oxygen consumption measured by stress test before and after the training period.
