Brief Summary

In this study, we are comparing the comparing the effect of dexmedetomidine given as a premedication by different routes such as nebulisation and intravenous routes on the surgical field visualisation during functional endoscopic sinus surgeries.

although many studies have compared the efficacy of intravenous and nebulised dexmedetomidine separately, we would like to compare both the routes and would like to see which route is as better than the other or if there is no significant difference between two routes.
