Inclusion Criteria
Caregivers of pediatric patients suspected OSA who were scheduled for polysomnography.
Exclusion Criteria
1. The questionnaire was not incompletely filled in.
2. The caregivers who were not willing to participate the study.
3. The patients who were previously diagnosed with OSA by PSG before filling the questionnaire.
4. The syndromic child or the chid with craniofacial anomalies.
