•1. The diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome were met;
•2. The age ranged from 18 to 75 years old;
•3. They are willing to obey the doctor's treatment plan and cooperate with the follow-up, and sign the informed consent form;
•4. According to abdominal obesity: waist circumference >= 90cm in male and 85CM in female; or BIM >= 25kg / m2;
•5. Patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency, dampness and blood stasis syndrome;
•6. Blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid and other medical treatment program stable for more than 2 months.

•1. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance rate < 30ml / min, alanine aminotransferase >= 2.5 times normal upper limit, total bilirubin >= 1.5 times normal upper limit; chronic heart failure, cardiac function grade III and above);
