入选标准
- •Sixty six children of ASA PS 1 and 2 up to the age of 10 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under endotracheal general anaesthesia (GA) with pneumoperitoneum lasting for more than 30 minutes will be included in this study.
排除标准
- •1.Surgeries requiring a position other than supine
- •2.Guardians refusal to give consent
- •3.Children with recent ( <2 weeks) upper respiratory tract infection
- •4.History of malignant hyperthermia or any disease with contraindication to use of routine anaesthetic medication
