Inclusion Criteria
1. All consecutive patients, presenting in the emergency department of the hospital during the study period, with history and clinical evidence of organophosphorus (OP) poisoning were screened for eligibility for enrolment.
2. Patients of age between 12 to 65 years and of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who presented more than 24 hours following exposure to OP compounds
2. Patients who had exposed to carbamate.
