Inclusion Criteria
- •We included 70 women aged 50-79 years; postmenopausal (no period for at least twelve months); obese (fat percentage> 33%); previously sedentary (<150 minutes per week of moderate or vigorous physical activity in the past six months); all users of the Family Health Unit (USF); and no medical restrictions for physical exercise.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Introduced during the intervention health problems that limit or prevent the implementation of the exercise program; anyone associated with inflammatory responses such as influenza; diseases; recent surgical procedures; and acute arthritis condition; less than 65% frequency in the proposed interventions; not accomplish all assessment procedures.
