Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and II
Aged 15 to 65
Including either gender, scheduled for elective surgeries under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Baseline heart rate less than 60 per minute
Baseline blood pressure less than 100/50 mm of Hg
Allergic reactions to drugs
History of Hypertension and cardia diseases
Requiring 2 more attempts for videoendoscopic intubation and use of more sedation will be excluded from the study.
