Arm 1 (trial group): Written informed consent, SARS-CoV-2 positive between March 2020 and May 2021, SARS-CoV-2 detected by PCR test, employee of Kliniken der Stadt Köln or working there via subcontractors, persistent fatigue
Arm 2 (control group): Written consent, no known SARS-CoV-2 infection at the time of recruitment, employee of Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH or working there via subcontractors, employee feels physically healthy and does not name any serious previous illnesses
