入选标准
- •All consecutive children who underwent esophageal replacement by Reverse gastric tube and have atleast more than 5years followup
- •Age and sex matched cohort of patients who underwent primary rwpair of esophagus healed without any complications and have atleast more than 5 year follow up
- •Age and sec matchwd controls visisting pediatric surgery OPD for non esophageal problems
排除标准
- •Children who underwent esophageal replacement for other diseases
- •Children who underwent primary repair for esophageal atresia and had anastomotic complications managed conservatively
- •Children visiting Pediatric Surgery OPD for conditions that affect physical growth
- •Children with diseases that can cause dysphagid and GERD
- •Children with respiratory tract illnesses
