- •Female patients in the age group of 18 - 70 years
- •Patients of ASA grade 1 and 2
- •Patients scheduled for carcinoma breast surgeries
排除标准
- •Patients’ refusal to participate in study
- •History of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, epilepsy, cerebrovascular accident, increased intracranial pressure
- •Allergic to study drugs,
- •substance abuse, neuropsychiatric illness,
- •chronic pain medications,
- •not able to communicate.
