In todays era due to improper diet people are facing many nutritional disorders, likely undernutrition and overnutrition. our ancient acharya’s mentioned various types of treatments and diets for these conditions. In Bhavaprakasha Brumhana is advised for Krusha individuals . Brumhana is the procedure to nourish tissues and improve their quality to make the body compact. Mrudvika has Madhur rasa , Madhur vipak , Sheet veerya also it is mentioned in Madhur skanda due to this factors it has great Brumhana qualities . According to nutrition value of Indian food , Black raisins has 71.77 gms of carbohydrates , 2.77 gms Proteins , 0.36 gms fats and 1291 KJ energy per 100 gms. so this is an attempt to estimate the effect of Mrudvika as Brumhana in Krusha individuals.

- •Volunteers of age group between 18 to 30 years and with BMI between 16 to 18.5 kg per meter square.

- •Volunteers Consuming protein supplement or mass gain products.
- •Volunteers having history of chronic disease like cancer, tuberculosis, endocrine dysfunctions like hyperthyroidism.
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Secondary cause of undernutrition.
