入选标准
- •1) Age >= 18years
- •2) Patients with Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention within 72hours
- •3) Single coronary lesion
- •4) Patients who can medicated with dual antiplatelet drugs, at least 6 months after PCI
排除标准
- •1) ST-elevation myocardial infarction, Unstable angina, Stable angina
- •2) Cardiogenic shock
- •3) Renal insufficiency (creatinine >2.0 mg/dl)
- •4) Life expectancy < 1 year
- •5) Severe liver dysfunction
- •6) Pregnancy or immune deficiency
- •7) Bleeding tendency or coagulopathy
