- is to evaluate the effect of compared ajmodadi churna to rasnadi churna in the patients of amavata and observing changes in grade score of VAS scale of joint pain and signs and symptoms of amavata by recording them before and after the administration of treatment

Aamvata is a disease mentioned first time as a separate chapter in madhav nidana Ama is a substance which is produced in the body due to mandagni The sign and symptoms of amavata are mostly resembled with rheumatoid arthritis of modern science Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disease which affects joints and connective tissues Registered patients will be randomized in two groups one group will be given ajmodadi churna and the other group will be given rasnadi churna by using the block randomization methods

入选标准
- •Patients between 18 to 60 years of age of both the genders Patient who fulfilling the diagnostic criteria signs and symptoms of amavata as well as confirmed diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
排除标准
- •Patients who have developed complications of rheumatoid arthritis such as severe deformity of joints bones pleura pericardial disease or else Association of joint disease of other origin Patients with any associated comorbidities such as diabetes mellitus hypertension etc Patients on prolonged medication with immunosuppressive such as corticosteroids any other drugs within last 6 months that may have influence on the outcome of the study Pregnant or lactating women.
