- •patients posted for elective endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal excision of sellar and suprasellar lesion with ASA grade I and II
排除标准
- •patient refusal, age less than 18yrs and more then 60 yrs,ASA grade III and IV, proptosis,pregnant and lactating mothers, history of anaphylaxis, presence of significant co morbidities like CAD, COPD,SHT and CKD.
