Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age\- 18\-65 years
- •2\. Female gender
- •3\. Low back pain with pain on one or both lower limb
- •4\. Duration \>\= 3 months
- •5\. Pain intensity \>\= 3 on a visual analogue scale
- •6\. Oswestry Disability Index \>\= 20%
- •7\. Absence of any specific diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any definite pathology resulting low back and leg pain
- •2\. known or suspected serious pathology such as nerve root compromise (weakness, reflex changes, or sensation loss, associated with the same spinal nerve)
- •3\. Any features of neuropathy and radiculopathy
- •4\. Previous spinal surgery or scheduled for surgery during trial period
- •5\. Evidence of metabolic, Other neurological, psychiatric and cardiovascular disorder
- •6\. Inflammatory conditions; fibromyalgia; chronic fatigue syndrome
- •7\. Other contraindications for manual therapy
- •8\. Withdrawal of consent
