- •1.ASA -1 and 2 patients of either sex
- •2.Patients of aged between 20-60years
- •3.Patients undergoing elective upper limb Orthopaedic surgeries
排除标准
- •1.Patients refusal
- •2.Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs
- •3.Patients with bleeding diathesis, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and severe hepatorenal disease
- •4.Patients with epilepsy and mentally unstable patients
- •5.Pregnant and Lactating women
- •6.Local site infection , Peripheral vascular disease and Neurological disease
- •7.Patients on chronic analgesic therapy and anticoagulant
