Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients of Sandhigata vata and Amavata treated with Ayurveda treatment but not benefited to get relief in joint pain
2. Patient indicated for Raktmokshana
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who are under anticoagulant treatment, suffering from hemophilia or having bleeding tendencies
2. Patients having increased prothrombin time than normal
3. Patient having hb less than 10gm%
4. Patients having other co morbidities like malignancy, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus etc.
5. Patients contraindicated for Raktamokshana
