入选标准
- •1)Patient willing to give an informed consent.
- •2)Age between 18-65 years, both genders.
- •3)ASA grade I and II.
- •4)Patients undergoing elective surgical procedures, with duration of 90 to 120 minutes, under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1)Patient not willing to give informed consent.
- •2)Patients undergoing emergency surgeries.
- •3)Procedures requiring perioperative nasogastric tube placement.
- •4)Patients with a high risk of aspiration.
- •5)Anticipated difficult airway.
- •6)Pregnant women.
- •7)Active upper respiratory tract infections.
- •8)Preoperative sore throat.
- •9)Previous history of GERD.
- •10)Head and neck surgeries and surgeries requiring prone position.
