Name Time Method To identify if there is any relationship between Suicidal Intent, Life Events, Family Interaction, Coping Styles, Social Support & Quality of Life with the event of intentional self harm.Timepoint: After data collection has reached saturation point.

Name Time Method To provide primary psychosocial interventions for patients if needed.Timepoint: As soon as subjects report any psychosocial or behavioral indicators towards need for intervention.
