1.Patients visiting study site, irrespective of religion, educational and socioeconomic status.
2.Patients manifesting Oja dushti (k/c/o – Oja Dushti Janya Lakshana) as mentioned in Ayurved classics.
3.Patients with chronic history of present illness at least more than 21 days.
4.Patients scoring 30 and above score on Oja Dushti Scale (ODS)
5.Patients willingly interested for participation.
1.Patients with speech disability, disoriented conditions, psychiatric impairments
2.Patients not fulfilling the criteria of Oja Dushti Scale (ODS). (ODS score below 30)
3.Patients of Type I Diabetes mellitus (IDDM)
4.Individuals with high and strenuous exercise or physical activity.
5.Critically ill, major multisystemic diseased and non-cooperative patients.
