Inclusion Criteria

Accompanying elderly people over 18 years of age and who is the main caregiver; Have a telephone for personal or home use that allows the researchers to contact them; Know how to read or be able to answer phone calls OR have a caregiver who can read or is able to answer phone calls.

Exclusion Criteria

Elderly considered a suspected case of the new coronavirus (COVID-19); Elderly in hospital during the period of research data collection.
