肿瘤恶病质早期诊断生物标志物研究

Inclusion Criteria

  • •诊断：①有明确的结肠癌、肺癌、胃癌及胰腺癌组织病理学诊断；②6 个月内体重下降≧5%；或体重指数<20.0kg/m2，体重下降>2%。
  • •纳入标准：①病例诊断明确，符合中晚期恶性肿瘤恶病质诊断；②预计生存期较长，大于 6 个月；③年龄≧18 岁，≦80 岁；④ECOG 评分≦3 分。

Exclusion Criteria

  • •①孕妇；②消化道梗阻；③血栓病史；④糖尿病、高血压、精神病、严重的心脑血管疾患；⑤中重度肝肾功能异常；⑥引起体重及代谢改变的治疗（如大剂量激素）。
