Inclusion Criteria

• mild cognitive impairment
• age between 65 and 85 years
• Unrestricted, independent walking ability & stability
• Sufficient vision

Exclusion Criteria

• Diagnosed dementia
• Failure of the physical fitness test
• Orthopedic injuries
• moderate to severe depressive episode

Examination before and after the intervention of the following cognitive functions: alertness, divided attention, reaction inhibition, cognitive flexibility, verbal working memory, short-term memory, visual-spatial working memory, visual-spatial short-term memory, visual-spatial long-term Memory.<br>All covered with the CERAD

Secondary objective: The following parameters will be examined as a measure of the performance provided in the motor-cognitive test course:<br>1. Faulty triggering of contact mats (error rate)<br>2. Required time for completing the test course<br>3. Achieved level of difficulty / level of the test course<br>4. Improvement of the stability of the subjects after completion of the six-week motor-cognitive training intervention. The measure of stability is the variance of the variation of the center of pressure (COP measurement) in the static measurement<br>5. Results of the Timed Up & Go Test<br>6. Results of the tandem stand and tandemwalk tests
