Those with established double or triple vessel disease posted for elective CABG, and� those with their residential address within 200� km from NHICSc hospital to ensure compliance for follow up

Exclusion Criteria

Patients posted for emergency CABG, CABG with valve surgeries, those with� left ventricular ejection fraction� (LVEF) less than 30% , associated acute

and� chronic renal failure and neuro-psychiatric problems
