S.TSH level above more than 4.25mIU/mL
Patient eligible for Koshtha Shuddhi
•Chronicity of hypothyroidism more than 10 year, Secondary Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto thyroiditis
•patient having history of Hyperacidity or pre-dominant Pitta Prakriti or bleeding disorder or peptic ulcer
•Pregnancy, lactating mother,
•Ischemic heart diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular event, cardiac arrhythmias,
•active malignant disease, , acute illness like infection, psychosis
•Patient age below 20 year and above 60 year of either sex.
•Patients not eligible for Koshtha Shuddhi
