Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group of 18\-100 years of either gender giving valid consent.
- •ASA grade 1 and 2\.
- •Fracture femur patients scheduled to undergo elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with any contraindications to regional anaesthesia.
- •Patients with history of anaphylaxis and allergy to local anaesthetic or study drug.
- •Pregnant or lactating females.
- •Patients with history of chronic pain or chronic opioid intake.
- •Body mass index \>35kg/m2\.
