Inclusion Criteria
Age group of 18-100 years of either gender giving valid consent.
ASA grade 1 and 2.
Fracture femur patients scheduled to undergo elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with any contraindications to regional anaesthesia.
Patients with history of anaphylaxis and allergy to local anaesthetic or study drug.
Pregnant or lactating females.
Patients with history of chronic pain or chronic opioid intake.
Body mass index >35kg/m2.
