入选标准
- •1. Age >= 18 years old
- •2. Diagnosis of refractory shock
- •3. Receive high-dose vasopressors
- •- norepinephrine ≥ 0.5 mcg/kg/min or
- •- cumulative dose of norepinephrine and epinephrine ≥0.5 mcg/kg/min
- •- norepinephrine > 0.1 mcg/kg/min and dopamine > 10 msg/kg/min
- •4. radial artery catheter insertion
排除标准
- •1.age under 18 years old
- •2. contraindication to femoral arterial catheter
- •3. on intra-aortic balloon balloon pump (IABP)
- •4. severe peripheral vascular disease or critical limb ischemia
- •5. catheter malfunction: overdamping or underdamping
