Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients having general symptoms of Hypothyroidism.
2. Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level >4.25 IU/mL.
3. Vamana yogya as per classical text.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients having age below 20 years and more than 60 years.
2. Patients having any other major complicated disease like cardiac disease, Diabetes mellitus, Cancer, AIDS, Tuberculosis, Leprosy, Thyrotoxicosis, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and other systemic disorders which leads fetal condition for patient.
3. Vamana ayogya as per classical text will be excluded for the study.
