Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Inclusion criteria patients:
  • •\- diagnosed amnestic MCI or alzheimer disease (criterias following the S3\-dementia\-guideline)
  • •\- MCI\-patients: detailed neuropsychological Investigation within the last 12 month
  • •\- elaborate explanatory meeting and written agreement
  • •\- Age: older than 50 years
  • •\- good knowledge of german language
  • •\- Minimum 6 years of education or the equivalent of alphabetisation
  • •Inclusion criteria controlgroup:
  • •\- unimpaired social cognition
  • •\- elaborate explanatory meeting and written agreement

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Exclusion criteria patients:
  • •\- urgent psychological or neurological diseases (clinical relevant episode of depression, geriatric depression scale, scoring 11 Points or higher)
  • •Exclusion criteria controlgroup:
  • •\- dementia or mild cognitive impairment
  • •\- ability of social cognition under the range according to age, gender and education
  • •urgent psychological or neurological diseases (clinical relevant episode of depression, geriatric depression scale, scoring 11 Points or higher or BDI I\-II \> 20 points)
