- •Patients older than 18 years receiving IV amoxicillin, flucloxacillin, ciprofloxacin, gentamycin and or vancomycin. Patients should have enough data available, such as the exact time of antibiotic administration, dosages, diagnosis, weight, age and co-medication.

- •Patients younger than 18 years.
