1.Individuals with confirmed chronic sensory motor diabetic peripheral neuropathy (CSMDPN) diagnosed by physician as per diagnostic criteria.
2.Individuals with unilateral or bilateral CSMDPN.
3.Individuals who will give the informed consent.
4.Individuals with Type 2 diabetes,with HbA1C <10%.
1.History of cardiac pacemakers and MRI contraindications.
2.Diabetic foot ulcer.
3.Any deformity induced due to musculokeletal or neurological involvement.
4.Central nervous system and autonomic nervous system pathology.
5.Any other co morbidities
