1. Age 40-85 years old;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral middelivery and depression disorders:
3. Stroke was the first occurrence within the past 6 months
4. Hamilton Depression Scale scores of 17 items >7, <24:
5. Patients who have not taken antidepressants systematically:
6. Patients or their family members sign informed consent and volunteer to participate in this study.
1. 7 Hamilton Depression Scale scores =7 points, >24 points;
2. Patients with obvious suicidal tendencies assessed by specialists;
3. Previous diagnosis of severe depressive disorder, cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse or other mental disorders;
4, severe post-stroke dysfunction, or have serious heart, liver, kidney and other internal diseases or tumors;
5. Patients suffering from bleeding disorders, coagulopathy and skin infections are not suitable for acupuncture treatment;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Participants who participated in TCM acupuncture, TCM and other related therapies in the past 3 months.
