1.Class II furcation defect.
2. Systematically Healthy patients.
3. Horizontal probing depth 3-6mm
4. Verticle probing depth 3mm.
1)Patients not adhering for continuance of periodontal maintenance programme.
2)Patients having a habit of smoking or consuming tobacco.
3)Patients having mobility in the selected tooth.
4)Allergic reactions to the graft material which will be using for procedure, local anaesthetics, chlorhexidine content, antibiotics drugs, or analgesics.
5)Any earlier or previous periodontal regeneration procedures performed into chosen location or site.
6)Females who are pregnant or childbearing or nursing.
7)Infectious disease in patients like hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis.
8)Patients having a history of systemic illness.
