Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Class II furcation defect.
- •2\. Systematically Healthy patients.
- •3\. Horizontal probing depth 3\-6mm
- •4\. Verticle probing depth 3mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients not adhering for continuance of periodontal maintenance programme.
- •2\)Patients having a habit of smoking or consuming tobacco.
- •3\)Patients having mobility in the selected tooth.
- •4\)Allergic reactions to the graft material which will be using for procedure, local anaesthetics, chlorhexidine content, antibiotics drugs, or analgesics.
- •5\)Any earlier or previous periodontal regeneration procedures performed into chosen location or site.
- •6\)Females who are pregnant or childbearing or nursing.
- •7\)Infectious disease in patients like hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis.
- •8\)Patients having a history of systemic illness.
