? A patient who visited the hospital for submucosal dissection for colon neoplasm
? Patients between the ages of 20 and 79
? Patients who agreed to participate in the study
? Recurrent or residual lesions after surgery or endoscopic treatment
? Polyps that invade the entrance to the appendix or diverticulum
? Polyp that invades the perimandibular plate
? Dysplastic lesions related to IBD
? When blood coagulation disorder (platelet count less than 80,000/uL or PT result value is 50% or more) is confirmed within 6 months from the date of endoscopic treatment
? In case of other known blood clotting disorders
? Patients who did not consent to the study
? Patients who did not finally attempt endoscopic submucosal dissection for colon tumor
