(1) Adults over 55 years old;
(2) Patients who are diagnosed with subsyndromal depression or above(subsyndromal depression is not a diagnosis of major depression and depression, but it must include one of the key symptoms, such as depression or decreased interest, and is diagnosed when two or more of the nine major depression epsiode continue for more than two weeks of the day).
(3) Patients appropriate to the diagnosis criteria for mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease(memory complaints, normal activities of daily living, normal general cognitive function, abnormal memory for age, not demented mild cognitive patients or diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease).
(4) Able to read and understand the subject's instructions and consent, and respond to a questionnaire.
(5) A person who is able to decide voluntary participation in this clinical trial, agree in writing to the participantion consent, and perform clinical procedures.
(1) A person diagnosed with bipolar or psychotic major depression disorder
(2) A person who has a history of axis1 mental illness, including intellectual disability, schizophrenia, alcoholism and bipolar disorder
(3) Patients in a medical condition that may interfere with completing this cognitive training program, such as stroke, convulsive disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Huntington's disease, encephalitis, meningitis, liver disease, and kidney disease requiring dialysis.
(4) A person with history of seizure.
(5) A person who has other neurological abnormalities that may cause memory disorders found by medical examination
(6) In case of an abnormality in the scalp, inflammatory reactions, or other skin problems, it is deemed that there is a problem in attaching the electrodes to the brain wave and direct current.
(7) A person who has had cancer in the past three years
(8) A person who has undergone surgery for a cerebral blood vessel, such as brain surgery or carotid surgery.
(9) A person who has difficulty breathing while sitting still
(10) A person who has history of drug abuse for the past five years.
