Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients diagnosed to have diabetes for less than 1 year
- •2\.HBAIC More than 7
- •3\.Both male and female patients with type 2 diabetes
- •4\.Patients on oral hypoglycemic agents.
- •5\.Patients with BMI for more than 29\.
- •6\.Patients having the habit of cigarette smoking \& alcohol
- •7\.Patients with co\-morbidity of hypertension
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients on insulin
- •2\.Patients not willing to participate
- •3\.Pregnannt /lactating women
- •4\.Patients with chronic complications\& could not communicate effectively
