Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients male and female in the age of 18 to 67 years with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus
- •Patients without cognitive impairment, the medical history should in this respect be no endorsement yet
- •German language course in spoken and written
- •Diagnosis alone, without medical treatment or dietary management and exercise
- •All oral diabetes medications and / or incretins
- •insulin therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Additional diseases which impede or interfere with coping with diabetes suspected (micro\- or Macroangiopathic vascular complications, tumor diseases, psychosis)
