Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women of age group 45-55 year having sign and symptoms of lowbackache during menopause will be registered from the Sangyaharan and Prasuti Tantra and stree roga department, S.S.Hoapital, BHU, Varanasi.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The patients who are unable to perform yogic practices.
- •Such patients who have any other serious problems.
