入选标准
- •1.All patients with ASA status I and II of either sex
- •2.Age between 20 to 60 years
- •3.Body mass index between 20-35kg/m2
- •4.Oropharyngeal anatomy of mallampati class I and II presenting for elective surgery under general anaesthesia needing endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1.refuse to participate
- •2.pregnant females
- •3.patient with difficult airway i.e cormack and Lehane grade of laryngeal view III and IV
- •4.morbid obesity
- •5.Allergy to the drug used in the study
- •6.pts with COPD bronchial asthma,Interstitial lung disease,and uncontrolled hypertension
- •7.patients with relative contraindications for use of nitrous oxide such as intestinal obstruction,middle ear surgeries, pneumothorax,air embolism
- •8.Patients undregoing cardiac surgery
