Exclusion criteria: patients under 18 years; above 40 years; history of respiratory infection ; history of irritable airway; difficult intubation; G-E reflux; post-op PONV;motion sickness.

Name Time Method Heart rate,systolic blood pressure,cough,nausea-vomiting. Timepoint: from end of surgery to 4 min after extubation. Method of measurement: noninvasive blood pressure monitoring, pulse oxymeter, scoring system of coughing & nausea-vomiting.
