Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with suspect or exist biliary tract disease in the liver
- •patients are requiring ERCP for treatment or diagnosis
- •Patients who need to be treated with guidewire during the procedure
- •Patients with benign or malignant stricture of the biliary system in CT or MR examination
Exclusion Criteria
- •Under 18 year old
- •A pregnant patient
- •Patients who had hypersensitivity of contrast agents
- •Patients who have difficulty in accessing the ampulla due to previously abdominal surgery (total gastrectomy, total gastrectomy, etc.)
- •Failure of selective cannulation of bile duct
- •Distal common bile duct sticture
