It will be a cluster RCT with TI partners randomised into two study arms: intervention (HIV self- testing) arm; and control (standard care) arm. Participants in each group will be followed up for one year.

入选标准

  • •a.Self-identified MSM b.Above 18 years of age c.Male sex at birth d.Report being HIV-negative e.Citizen of India f.Reported having anal sex with at least one man in the past 12 months.

排除标准

  • •a.HIV positive MSM b.Individuals with known diagnosis of HBV, HCV.

结局指标

主要结局

HIV testing frequency among MSM having access to HIV self-testing (oral -fluid) versus those having access to standard HIV testing.

时间窗: At the end of one year of follow up

次要结局

  • the frequency of HIV testing in men who are registered with the State AIDS Control Society (registered) and in MSM who are not registered with the State AIDS Control Society (unregistered).(At the end of one year of follow up)
