入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients in age group 18-60 years undergoing upper abdominal non-laparoscopic surgery more than 3 hours in duration.
- •-Patients having >97% oxygen saturation on room air.
- •-Body mass index < 30.
- •-ASA class I & II.
- •- Type of surgery eg. Pancreaticoduodenectomy, total gastrectomy , Lateral pancreaticojejunostomy , Hepaticojejunostomy , Splenectomy , Liver hydatid cyst removal.
排除标准
- •-patients with history of cardiac and lung disease
- •-haemoglobin <10g/dl
- •-Intra-0perative blood loss >20% blood volume
- •-emergency surgery
- •-history of smoking
- •-failure to extubate at conclusion of surgery
